This is just a brokenly-designed form rather than a malicious "trick", isn't it? It's a bad thing, but it looks more like someone messing up the form design on a third party site, than being deviously clever about switching sentiments. The form doesn't even make sense; there's literally no button to click to opt out of email or SMS, no matter how complex a legal mind you apply. --Brockley 17:17, 7 October 2010 (UTC)

Not sure what you mean - to opt out of email or SMS you leave those checkboxes unticked. --Admin
